My story
Currently, I lead two agencies—Dread Agency, focused on operational efficiency and performance management, and MSQ Studio, dedicated to establishing brands as thought leaders in their industries. At Dread Agency, my primary role is optimizing brand operations and driving measurable performance improvements. Meanwhile, MSQ Studio positions brands as influential voices through strategic content and creative innovation. My entrepreneurial journey stems from a deep background in branding. In 2021, I founded OmarAdelADV, my first agency, to address the gap between brand vision and execution.
Prior to founding OmarAdelADV, I held leadership roles such as Midweight Branding Designer at Crete Agency and Senior Graphic Designer at Haktekcs, where I enhanced brand strategies and visual identities. My ability to deliver results extends beyond the business realm. At Million Peacemakers, I played a key role in leading global peace-building initiatives, while my work at Models of United Nations (MUNs) earned me the Best Secretariat honor at FRIWMUN 5.0. With over eight years of experience in branding and leadership, I bring a unique blend of strategic insight, operational expertise, and creative innovation. My journey reflects a commitment to helping brands not just thrive but lead in competitive markets.
